TK Discovery Days & LATC-TK Opportunities for Seniors
At Kibble Equipment, we believe careers take shape through hands-on experience. Students learn best when they can see, touch, and try new skills. That’s why we’re proud to offer TK Discovery Days this April and continued LATC-TK opportunities for seniors this fall.
These programs help students explore diesel technology, agriculture, and long-term career paths. They also show how classroom learning connects to real-world work.
TK Discovery Days: Built for Exploration
TK Discovery Days give students a close look at what happens inside a working John Deere dealership. These events focus on career discovery, not lectures.

Juniors: April 6–10

Sophomores: April 20–24
During TK Discovery Days, students step into our shop and experience daily operations firsthand. They see modern John Deere equipment up close and learn how diesel systems work. They watch experienced technicians diagnose and solve problems in real time.
Students also ask questions. They talk with team members about career paths, training options, and what it takes to succeed in the field. Many students discover interests they didn’t know they had. Others gain confidence that a technical career could be the right fit.
This experience helps students make informed decisions before graduation. It turns curiosity into direction.
LATC-TK: A Clear Path for Seniors
For high school seniors, the LATC-TK program offers a direct pathway into the industry. This partnership between Lake Area Technical College and Kibble Equipment blends education with hands-on dealership experience.
Students in the LATC-TK program work toward:
