24 TK Graduates Start Their Careers with Kibble Equipment

Posted on — May 18, 2026

A Big Day for the TK Program

Friday, May 15th was a big day for our TechKnowledge students. After two years of classroom learning, shop time, internships, and a lot of hard work, 26 students across the family of dealerships officially graduated with their Diesel Technology degree.

Of those 26 graduates, 24 are starting their careers as full-time Diesel Technicians with Kibble Equipment.

That number says a lot about the students in this program and the commitment they made to building a career in the diesel industry.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

These students did not just spend two years sitting in a classroom. Throughout the program, they rotated between school and dealership shops, giving them the opportunity to apply what they learned in real-world situations.

They worked alongside experienced technicians, learned how to diagnose and repair equipment, and gained hands-on experience with the tools and technology used every day in the industry. Along the way, they also built relationships with mentors, service teams, and managers who helped prepare them for the next step in their careers.

Because of that experience, many of these graduates are stepping into full-time positions already feeling like part of the team.

Stepping Into Full-Time Careers

The transition from student to full-time technician feels natural for many TK graduates because they have already spent time working in the shop throughout the program.

They understand the importance of supporting customers during critical times of the year and know what it means to be part of a dealership team. As agriculture equipment continues to evolve, skilled technicians remain one of the most important parts of keeping customers up and running.

Our TechKnowledge program helps students build a career path while also helping strengthen the future of the agriculture industry.
