Kibble Equipment is launching the Kibble Total Experience (KTE) summer internship for 2026. This program gives college students hands-on exposure to many parts of our dealership. It also prepares them for exciting and rewarding careers in agriculture.
A Well-Rounded Experience
Interns rotate through several departments. This helps them see the daily work and responsibilities in each area. They experience how sales, service, precision ag, and business all connect. Along the way, interns support dealerships with value-added sales opportunities. They also assist with meetings, training sessions, customer clinics, and other events.
The KTE program is about more than shadowing. Interns take on real projects. They report progress each week to supervisors and mentors. They also complete special assignments that allow them to make a real impact on customers and communities.
Real-World Learning Opportunities
Another highlight is Minnesota’s Farm Fest. This event is one of the largest agricultural gatherings in the region. Interns help with activities, interact with customers, and showcase equipment and technology. As a result, they gain valuable real-world experience beyond the dealership walls.
What We’re Looking For
The Kibble Total Experience is built for motivated students studying Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Precision Ag Technology. We want self-starters who stay motivated with little supervision. Strong communication skills are key. Students should also be comfortable using Microsoft Office and confident in building relationships with customers.
Flexibility is important too. Interns will work across departments throughout the summer. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. They must be ready to commit to 40+ hours each week, including some overnight travel. Most of all, interns should show a strong willingness to learn and follow all safety rules and guidelines.
