Student Interns are Heading Back to School!

Student Interns Head Back to School
Summer is winding down, and Kibble Equipment’s student interns are getting ready for a new chapter. Soon, they will head back to their classrooms and labs. Over the past few months, they worked side by side with Kibble teams, gaining valuable hands-on experience. They applied classroom knowledge in real-world settings. They also built technical skills that will help them throughout their careers.
Now, it is time to return to college. These students are enrolled in top technical programs that focus on John Deere equipment and technology. With new experiences in hand, they are ready to build on what they learned this summer.
NICC Interns – August 21
First, Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) students will start classes on August 21. NICC is one of the select schools offering the John Deere TECH program. This program teaches engine repair, hydraulics, electrical systems, and precision agriculture technology. It blends classroom learning with hands-on work using John Deere equipment.
Because of their summer internships, Kibble’s NICC students return to school with more confidence. They have already seen these systems in action. Now, they can connect that experience to their coursework.
LATC Interns – August 25
Next, Lake Area Technical College (LATC) students begin on August 25. LATC’s TechKnowledge (TK) program is known for combining classroom lessons with advanced lab work. Students train directly on the latest John Deere machines and diagnostic tools.
This summer, Kibble’s LATC TK interns tackled service diagnostics, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting. Now, they will bring that hands-on knowledge back to the lab. As a result, they will better understand the systems they study this fall.
NDSCS Interns – August 26
Finally, North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) starts its semester on August 26. NDSCS offers a John Deere Tech program with deep training in diesel engines, powertrains, hydraulics, and electronics. Students work directly on John Deere machinery throughout their program.
Kibble’s NDSCS interns return with practical dealership experience. This will give them an advantage as they build on their technical knowledge in class.
A Step Toward the Future
In conclusion, Kibble Equipment is proud to support these students. Their journey blends on-the-job learning with specialized John Deere training. This mix creates a strong path into the diesel technology and agricultural service industry.
As the school year begins, these interns carry forward their skills, dedication, and passion for the work. Kibble looks forward to watching them grow and preparing them for successful careers in agriculture.
